Appointment and Cancellation Policy
Please understand that our salon runs on a tight schedule, and the following issues can put our work behind. We at P4 understands that life happens. To provide you and others the best services, we are asking for your help. We ask you to please notify us within 24-48 hours of your appointment to reschedule when there has been a change with keeping your grooming appointment.
Appointment Cancellation
In case of an emergency, please call our office within 24-48 hours before your appointment to reschedule if you won’t be able to keep your scheduled appointment.
Missed Appointment
If an appointment is missed without notification at least 24-48 hours in advance, more than once, a $35 No Show/NO CALL Fee will be an added charged to your next grooming appointment.
Late Drop Off
If you arrive more than 30-45 minutes late without advanced notification via by phone call, text or email for your scheduled appointment, your appointment can be subjected to cancellation and/or a late fee of $20, will be added to the cost of your grooming services.
Late Pick Up
If you are more than 30-45 minutes late picking up, without a call to the salon notifying us you’re going to be late, a $20 Late Pick-Up Fee may be added to the cost of your services. Our Salon is limited with space for holding dogs in our facilities.
P4 is responsible to always notify you right away, same day or 24-48 hours in advance of an emergency Such as: power outage, water outage, severe weather, etc. If we are not able to see you the day of your appointment, we will reschedule with you.
